The Grammar School At Leeds
Working with Sarah/CH has been transformational in our school. As an organisation committed to developing and supporting its staff in increasingly challenging times, Sarah developed a bespoke programme to meet our needs and put staff wellbeing at the forefront. Qualitative and quantitative data enabled us to get to the core of the pressure points, from which a package of support evolved, involving the school as a whole, the teams within it and the individuals themselves. We are now equipping ourselves with key tools to positively impact our lives and professional performance. The success of the project is down to Sarah’s impressive medical and people skills; she was a joy to work with. What’s more, her ability to provide solutions and ideas to fit our context was superb.
